My server keeps disconnecting for no reason!

Server Version#: 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#: 4.145.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

My Plex server keeps acting out and I’ve had multiple server disconnects. It’s not the network or the drives as they’re all functioning. The only way I can get my Plex server to work again is a complete restart of my Mac Mini M4, which is my dedicated server. Today alone, I’ve had to restart my Mac Mini 5 times, once during a mid stream of a show I was watching.

I don’t know what I did, or what’s going on. I’ve been doing the same thing these past few months and this past day, it’s been giving me more hell than I’d ever envision.

Setup:
Mac Mini M4
No plug ins, no -arrs.
Very traditional download and upload method.
3 external HDDs. 4TB, 5TB and 18TB.
Plex Media Server Logs_2025-04-19_21-20-41.zip (3.7 MB)

Post server logs.

Is it the entire folder?

My apologies, I’m very new to this. I downloaded the log from the troubleshooting category but I can’t upload the entire folder.

Okay managed to figure out how! Server logs are uploaded.

Before going any further , I would definitely try and use this utility. I run a Mac Mini M4 Pro without issue. He a Plex Team member and very good at what he achieves.

Awesome Utility that should be used regularly to maintain a healthy Database

I have the exact same issue! At first I thought it was my (rather slow) external HDD, so I bought a new NVMe based SSD and it’s still happening. The only fix is to reboot my M1 Mac mini, so frustrating.
