My server/library disapeared, kind of.... it only works in one device

Server Version#: 1.40.2
Player Version#:
i have Plex pass unlimited.

Since yesterday i cant see my server plex files in several devices in my home network, i also tried with remote access and no luck.

when i open plex server, my QNAP NAS server doesnt appear to be connected in several devices, just in one device, it works as it should, in my Tablet Samsung S7+

i have Windows PC an IMAC and i can acess to QNAP, open Plex server and dont show the server connected/working.
S20 phone and tablet S4 dont show
android tv doesnt show.
Tablet S7+ plus shows everthing, how can this be?? how can one works and all the others dont?
all files can be opened in windows explorer or macOS findder.
i tried:
restart NAS QNAP
stop and start Plex server app in QNAP
Install updated PLex server app.
log off and login in in Plex.
i installed plex server in the imac and just shows the Imac server, not the QNAP one.

what can be the problem? how to solve it?
Unistall server plex in qnap? will i lose all the configuration of the server? organization, history, acess granted to family members?

Im out of ideas.

TIA

tablet works, all other devices dont.

DO NOT UNINSTALL – Uninstall on QNAP is destructive / erases the server data.

What you show looks like ID numbers changed -OR- it got signed out

Looking at Plex.tv, is this the server which isn’t working ?

Hello, i dont know, how can i check that?

Control Panel - Network & Virtual Switch.

Look at the IP address assigned to the adapter

yes, that mine 192.168.1.116, should i give a fixed ip address? i never had this issue and always had dhcp

WAIT… just clicked on the option renew ip address in the Qnap Network & Virtual Switch and voilá!!!
IT WORKS NOW!!! its fixed! hurray!!! thank you for leading me in the right direction!

I’ve found that Plex is happiest when it has a STATIC (fixed) IP address.
(Remote Access will keep working and not fail temporarily with each IP change)

This is true of almost every server.

My switches and router have static ip addresses.

I have a DHCP lease (address assignment reservation) for the workstations. They always get the same IP regardless of the OS installed.
