MyCloud Home and Plex. . .I'm Lost And Need Help

So, I have been running Plex on a MyCloud Home 4TB for the last couple of years and while it occasionally has issues, by and large it has been pretty stable.

Every now and then, connectivity becomes an issue and it freezes. On these rare occasions, I go into the MyCloud Home app and restart MyCloud Home, this forcing Plex to restart. I have done that and no joy. In an attempt to fix it, I removed Plex and re-added it, which I have also resorted to on occasion. This time, it has been nearly 24 hours and all I am now seeing is what is in the attached picture.


I am genuinely lost about what I need to do from here. . . .any help is appreciated!
