I was unable to get Plex to connect the My Cloud Home after it was powered off by mistake. I tried multiple times, but it won’t be able to reconnect to the server.
How are you trying to connect? Are you using the MyCloud‘s local ip address or https://app.plex.tv/desktop?
Have you verified the Plex Media Server is enabled/running on the MyCloud?
I tried using the desktop app, and it says that it’s currently unavailable.
I also tried to enable the extension through the My Cloud Home account on the web, I couldn’t get it enabled.
