Mycloud home duo 16tb plex update

Hi all

Currently running plex on a 16tb mycloud home duo. Is there any way to get it to update the plex version as it’s telling me the last update on the plex app was on April 2nd 2018.

Also lately it’s been losing all metadata when I restart the server (which I’ve had to do as it keeps losing connection to plex) has anyone any idea how to stop it losing connection ? It’s like after a few hours of non use it’s going to sleep

Also like to know this as I’m having a few problems with the current build since the last mycloud update

I’ve given up on it and upgraded to the 918+ but would still love to know what the issue was as it was continually happening to me and took 30 hours each time to reload all the metadata
