I’ve been having an issue retrieving metadata from PLEX server after the latest update. I already cleared my cache in my plugins. I have reset the server many times.
Does anyone have any advice???

I have a similar problem, but only and specifically with Movie Extras. Everything else is fine.
Are you having this problem with all media types, or just some?

It doesn’t seem to be downloading metadata for movies all together.

So this has only recently started happening since an update?
I assume that its ok for TV episodes and music?
I also assume that you have been using Plex for a while now and your file and folder naming is correct?
Beyond incorrect file names, the only things I can think to check would be which scanner and agent you are using for this library - I use Plex Movie Scanner and Plex Movie Agent.
Also have a look in Settings, Agents, and make sure that there is nothing unusual set or unticked in there.
Lastly, try to create a test Movie Library, pointing it to a different location on your Server, and add a few movies to see if that works.
