MyPlex authentication, but no libraries showing

Hi,

 

Recently my server changed Ip address. After that appletv3 doesn't recognize any libraries ( Plex Connect: No Plex Library Sections Available )

The login user and password i submit is correct, so I don't understand why the connection isn't being made.

 

In the log file I see this:

 

02:26:45 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server
02:26:45 PlexAPI: The server couldn't fulfill the request. Error code: 401
 
Does anyone know a solution ?

The Apple TV DNS server setting has to be pointed to the IP address of the computer running PlexConnect.

You will need to manually change this since your server IP address changed. (I am assuming your server is also the computer runnning PlexConnect).

That is why everyone always sets a static IP address for their server/computer that is running PlexConnect, so you don't have this issue all the time.
