well i tried the dvd sort order option listed above and still no dice. But I’m good at this point, it’s just 3 seasons and i don’t think my 5 year old cares. Just his dad with OCD lol.

I couldn’t stand not knowing if it would work, so I tried it and it actually did. So +1 for @JuiceWSA . the drawback was that since I had it ordered by air-date and in four season folders, I did have to re-name most of them. Actually I just changed the numbers to match the TVDB dvd order since they were already named correctly.
I probably wouldn’t have bothered cause the kids don’t notice or care; but i couldn’t stop myself. . . :s

After changing the ‘ordering’ preference, another ‘Metadata refresh’ is needed for this show.
