I’m running Plex via a docker on unraid NAS. Last night, the NAS crashed and rebooted. Plex now shows the server as ‘unavailable’ BUT it sees a new server with the same name that I can claim.
Claiming it adds it to Plex and works but since it’s a ‘new’ server, the libraries would have to be shared with users again and users would have to amend their player menus to add ‘new’ server.
I can’t figure out how to get the original server working. The new and old are one and the same and I’m not sure why Plex fails to recognize it as the original server and instead wants to add it as a new server.
I’ve restarted the docker several times. The appdata wasn’t changed in any way. I have no idea why it would now be showing as a ‘new’ server.
Any help or pointers in right direction would be hugely appreciated.
