when using Plex android app, my Plex server is detected only if I am connected on the same network but not recognized if I am trying an access outside from my network (in travel for example).
It works fine if I use another computer so the problem seems linked to android app (and not the server configuration).
Is it mandatory to buy a Pless Pass to solve this issue ?

Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024
Please provide the android logs when trying to connect from outside your local network.
How can I collect this information with my smartphone ?

sorry but my issue seems now fixed. I can access to my music library without wifi connection.
I don’t know what I changed but currently it works.
