Hello, everyone.
My problem is the following:
From outside the home, either with the mobile network or another Wi-Fi network, I cannot access PlexAmp.
Interestingly, if I can access the Plex website from outside the home, for example at work, and listen to all my music or from my mobile and connected to the same Wi-Fi network, the Plex application. But Plexamp does not recognize the server.
If I am inside my house, you can access without problems.

I use Android and the server is on a Nas Qnap. I have the ports open for Plex.

Please post a log from the app after trying to accessing your server, it’s almost certainly a networking issue.
