QNAP Has Disappeared from Settings

Just got my QNAP NAS set up with a ton of media. On Sunday it all worked fine and I could browse the NAS via Plex. But since Monday, there is no sign of my NAS in Plex, and it’s not clear how to connect the two.

Plex is installed on my NAS already, but when I click on it in the NAS dashboard, it goes to a “Page Not Found”. Am also using this on my home network where everything is based.

Any help please!
