Need a little guidance.

Hello,
I have a question about folder and file naming for a multi-volume media.
I have media that has multiple volumes (1-6) with multiple episodes on each volume.
basically this: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/320025-looney-tunes-golden-collection-disc-1
and this: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/320610-looney-tunes-golden-collection-volume-2-disc-2
etc. etc.
How would I add this to Plex so it displays the correct volume artwork and episode titles?

I tried adding it to the Movie Folder I have setup by creating a folder named: Looney Tunes Golden Collection - Volume 2 (Disc 2) (2004) and placing the individual episodes into that folder but Plex displays each “episode” as it’s own “movie” instead of using the Volume Artwork for the “movie” with multiple selectable episodes to play. Is there a way to do this?

You could try putting it in a TV library. The movies section doesn’t handle episodes.

Yes, these old cartoons usually needs to go into TV Show and requires a tad bit different approach to file name. For instance, this is how my Tom & Jerry is named Tom and Jerry - S1940E01 - Puss Gets the Boot

Renaming tools such as Filebot might help to a degree but most often it will require some manual labor to get it fully working in Plex.

Thanks for the input guys… I guess I’ll have to do some research on each episode and put it in the TV Archive then. Thank You both for your input.
