I was given a folder, Looney Tunes Golden Collection. It contains 6 volumes with each volume containing 4 discs with around 10-12 cartoons on each disc. I’m having issues trying to name these for Plex. The entire collection is not found in IMDB. Each individual cartoon is but I really don’t want each cartoon to be a 7 minute movie. I tried putting it in my TV Shows library like this- created a Looney Tunes folder, then a sub folder titled Volume 1, then I out the first file from disc 1 in there. My plan was to put everything from the 4 discs from Volume 1 in there and manually title and add posters, but Plex won’t even recognize the Looney Tunes folder in TV Shows so nothing gets added to my PMS. Does someone have a suggestions on how to name this? I had another thought of creating a Cartoons Library. Is that the rout I should take? If so, how should I do the file naming? Thanks in advance.
More than likely your Collection is part of the larger Looney Toons series you would need to find the episodes, by name, on the TVDB.com site and rename them accordingly
