I have my Plex Pass account tied to my ISP’s email, which frankly is terrible to use. I am in the process of moving everything off of it.
I have a gmail account. I created a regular free Plex account using that address. I finished my testing with that Plex account, went to Plex settings in that account, and went to Delete Account - Warning, this is not reversible! I deleted that Plex account.
Now, I should be able to move my ISP tied Plex Pass account to my gmail account, as that free Plex account is deleted, according to the deletion process, right?
Not so… I try to change the email address to my gmail account, and it says it is already taken.
On what page did you delete your account. if on the account page ( where you can change your username or email ) after you click delete it presented you with warnings where you need to enter your password to confirm. Please private message me your username/email of account.
I am part of a facebook page that get people to share plex to one and another and plex just delleted a user of my plex . They acused him of charging me but that never happen . I got a verry good server my self.

If your account was disabled for violating our terms of service then follow the directions in the email that was sent to you.
