Same error seen in a recording scheduled for 17:00:

Can you post screenshots of your two tuners configuration showing channel mappings. You can get to the channel mappings by going into Settings/Server/Live TV & DVR, and clicking on the link that says XX enabled.
Would like to see a screenshot showing the channel 35.1 mapping specifically.
I have no idea what the issue is so NO it’s not fixed!!!

Here ya go…they are both the same.
I would suggest clicking the scan channels button on both of your tuners.

On your TV (outside of Plex) or record shows and watch it via Plex?
I already did that scan, a few times, and nothing changed.
ok I just went into your Program Guide and pressed the Play button on Fox 35 and I get “Payback Error An error occurred loading items to play”
FYI
We use the HDhomerun app to watch live tv and use your app/program for recording and watching items we download.
I would suggest doing the following:
- Go to my.hdhomerun.com. Click on each of your Connects and click on channel lineup and then Detect channels. Let this run for each Connect.
- Go to Plex Live TV & DVR Settings and do a scan channels for each Connect.
If this does not work we might need to get a Plex Employee involved.
Already did all of that before I posted here.
FYI
So the only things that seem to get recorded are on ABC.

At the time you press Live TV, are there any other devices using your tuners? HDHomerun app? Plex DVR has never played nice with others.
Since there are known issues (lots of posts about this) with multiple HDHomerun devices since 1.6.1, have you tried removing the extra device(s) and testing Live TV again? After removing the extra device(s), I would suggest rebooting and refreshing the EPG, if removing the device(s) and rebooting doesn’t force the refresh already.

We have two hdhomerun connect boxes and only one tv was on at those times.
Why would I remove one of my boxes? If this is a known issue then why haven’t they fixed it???
Should I just ask for a refund here and sign up for hdhomerun dvr service???
