Need help removing a ghost server

I have an old server that still shows up in my clients.

  1. I have removed it from the listed servers at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
  2. I have logged out, deleted apps, reinstalled and it still shows up.
  3. This happens on all of my devices, so it seems to be something stuck in my account.
  4. The server has been offline for 6 months or so.

Apparently I need to get someone from Plex to remove it on the backend from what I’ve read.

I only see one server on your account.

Does it still exist locally on network?

No, the server was retired several months ago, The old server was named “Plex” (origional, I know), and the new server is named “PlexTower”. Here is what I see in all of my clients.

That is not your old server. That is where the free, ad supported movies & shows would appear if they were enabled for your account.
