Need help to get ps3 player to work

ps3 player is not usable. slow af and i literally cant get anything to play. i choose a video and sit there pressing X and nothing happens. if i go to tv shows then choose the episode gives me a not able to play error.

will some one please help

For whatever reason, plex app for ps3 was slower on a modern tenda router than it was with all tp-link routers i have ever tested.

Having said that, it isn’t as fast and fluid as the Xbox one app.

In terms of compatibility, it used to run more than 80% of the files i have tested. That is not that great, though. Ps3 app can be picky regarding non ideal audio and video codecs. But you can always optimize the files beforehand, which will likely allow it to play anything.
