Need Help with 4K Streaming/High Performance Plex Server Build and Network Upgrade

Hello, I’m planning a new server build and doing some upgrades to my network. My current server do’s stream 4k but its slow and far from perfect. I want to upgrade my storage and decided that since my current server case and motherboard have no sata ports/hdd slots left i think its time to let the current server go and build a new one. So new case, motherboard, cpu, more hdds and extra ssd. I really have no clue what parts i should use, i’m currently looking into it. My goal is to be able to stream all kinds of movies, so 4k should not be a problem anymore with the new server. I understand that i need a good mediaplayer for 4k so i will also buy nvidia shield. I am using PS4 Pro atm but this isnt the best player.

Any idea’s and advise on what hardware i should buy if more than welcome!
