Need help with getting DVR to work again on NVIDIA SHIELD TV 2017

Hello,

DVR used to work on my NVIDIA SHIELD TV 2017 media server, but it is no longer functioning. Whenever I try to record or schedule a recording, it will result in a transcoder error. I’ve attached what I believe is the relevant portion from the logs at the time of my most recent attempt1-13-20 logs.txt (132.8 KB) . Can anyone help me identify what the issue is?
