Need help with indirect connection

Currently, I am running PIA with dedicated IP address. Have shut off firewall, added exceptions to firewall settings, but still cannot connect directly. Port checker says ports timed out, or port is closed.

I have port forwarded my router, but not sure if its actually working correctly. I am completely at a loss. Any advise would be helpful. I do not have a seacond router to test. I am using a TP Link Archer AX6000 router. I thought about flashing it with OpenWRT, but they dont support my router.

I have rebooted both router, and server. I am running on windows 11. Running the PC as headless. I have had same issue running TrueNas Scale on it as well. I would be willing to allow a remote view to go through all settings if someone was willing to double check everything.

Thanks

Add Plex to the split tunneling. It will bypass the VPN and give you a direct connection. Assuming everything else is setup properly ofc

I have had that set up before, and here is a screenshot of it set up now. I have been through every walkthrough I can find, adjusted every setting I could find. I have had a couple friends who also run Plex servers remote in to double check settings, and to no avail. My last ditch effort is I have contacted my ISP and put in a ticket to change from a dynamic IP to a static IP. I should have that Monday.
