Need help with Plex Media Server crashes randomly on Windows 10

I have a plex server running on a Windows 10 PC with an i9 CPU.

Currently running version 1.18.3.2156.

I keep getting randomly crashes of my server. What i notice is that my Plex Media Server exe is not running anymore as a proces and Plex disappears from the windows taskbar. I need to force close all other Plex processes and then i can start the server again.

I disabled the firewall and bitdefender because i thought it might solve it. But it keeps crashing. Roughly 2-3 times a week.

In the Plex Media Server log i cant seem to find anything that can help me to find the cause of the crash.

For some reason the crash dumps dont get send. See error below.

[14100] ERROR - Failed to upload crashdump 4dcac9ec-a5bb-495a-a3a4-5424b1b81b29: 429

Anyone here can help me in the right direction to find the cause of this crash problem?

Scanning through the plex media server log i see some errors:

ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Kodi, platformVersion=18.5 Git:newclock5_18.5-Leia, device=RaspberryPi, model=Unknown

When I had a very similar issue I had to turn off ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’ in the settings.

Since the last update 1.18.4.2171 no more crashes for me. Also with hw transcoding enabled.
