Need previous version of QNAP PMS due to the pixelation issue

Client version:

  • Android mobile: 7.23.0
  • Web Client version: 4.10.1

Due to the pixelation issue (https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/doio1i/super_pixelation_hw_transcode_enabled_auto/) introduced in this version (when hardware transcoding used / subtitle enabled), I need the previous version of QNAP PMS.

Can someone please supply the link for this?
