Need some basic help - Setup on Nvidia Shield with ALL data connected to it by EHD

Hi
I need some basic help for one small thing which I seem to have forgotten now!
I want to re setup Plex on my Nvidia Shield Tv which has two 8TB external Hard Drives with all my media attached by usb.
Once I setup Plex on Nvidia, I am redirected to a PC set up my libraries. How do I make Plex use the media attached to the Nvidia by usb? I cannot see the option when I go on to plex.tv.
What am I doing wrong? Any help much appreciated.
