I just got a NVIDIA SHIELD and want to connect an External 5tb USB Hard drive with my movies on it to Plex. I am having trouble linking plex to my external drive of movies. Hard drive is seen by the Shield and recognized as removable. How to I get Plex to use this drive and show my movies?

Unfortunately i have the same issue and plex doesn’t recognise the external hard drive despite all authorisations
Plex is only showing internal drive and i can’t move it to my external drive
Please fix the problem
