Old server still showing up on friend's Roku devices

I’m having an issue where an old plex server is showing up on friend’s Roku devices. It’s only showing up on their Rokus. iPads, xbox, web, android, samsung TVs are fine.

This is happening to multiple people.

The server crashed on me and the drive was corrupted so I started over. I do not have access to the old server at all.

Removed it from my account and unauthorized it, all the things.

I had them unfriend me and I unfriended them. As soon as I add them as a friend (even with no library access on my current server), it shows up.

They have completely deleted all of the authorized devices from their accounts.

I signed into one of them (my dad) on my own Roku and it still shows up, so reinstalling plex on the Roku won’t do it.

I can only see 1 server to manage access for them, but they still see the old server.

Is there something that Plex employees can delete/clear out for me?

@thejaw87

Looking at your account, I see 5 servers.

Which is the curent/one you want to keep?

EDIT: I was able to remove the obvious. ple***** and NER***** remain

Which is to be kept?

Is like to keep Nerdz*** with the 2.0 on the end.

I just removed “ple****” from my authorized devices as well. Sorry if I jumped the gun on that one.

Looks like removing those servers fixed my problem.

Thanks!

Authorized Devices → Servers is where you manage them.

I can get the older / invisible ones from plex.tv

Glad you resolved it while I was off duty
