Need to login to opensubtitles.org?

When using the opensubtitles search feature, when selecting the subtitles. I get a message (displayed as subtitles) that says “In order to continue using opensubtitles.org subtitles service you need to login.”

Happens in any client app, both windows and linux servers.

I tried setting my account creds. under the plex legacy movie agent and tested but that didn’t make a difference. All of my libraries are using the new movie and tv agents.

I have plex pass. I even cleared out the cache, plugin, data, etc folders to see if that would fix it (like an expired cookie that’s stuck).

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have the same problem and get the same error even with already downloaded subtitles. It will simply not show any subtitles but just the error message. Same on Plex web and Nvidia shield plex.

Any luck with opensubtitles agent? I am getting this error across different devices, apple tv, shield etc.
