Connecting Plex server and subtitles

Look, I’ve been using the service for months, best buy I’ve made in a long time, we’ll definately be renewing. However, I’m having a problem I need help with. Opensubtitles stopped working.
Ran fine for a long time, so maybe it had a titme timer, or a # of movies timer, whatever. Even movies we had subtitles for says it wants me to log in. How do I tell my plex server what my account is, so we can watch movies late at night w/o waking the house? I have gone through everything menu in the server I could find.

With the new agent subtitles won’t be downloaded automatically. You have to do a manual Search and find them yourself. And even after you find them yourself they might be deleted after a while for unknown reasons.

Please post the first ~20 lines from the Plex XML info of a video which shows you this message when you turn on the subtitles.
