Need to move my Plex Pass account

Hope someone can point me in the right direction. A couple of years ago I moved my Plex Pass account to a different email address from my primary account. Wanted to keep the server separate from my user account. This isn’t working for me anymore and I want to move my Plex Pass back to my primary account and get rid of the other account. I’ve submitted tickets to the billing support form 3 times over the last 6 weeks. No response. Any suggestions other than deleting my primary account and waiting 30 days to then change the email address for the current Plex Pass account? That’d be pretty ugly.

I just asked one of the billing folks and they made multiple responses to you and are waiting for you to respond back. Possibly their emails went to your spam or trash folder?

Thank you! That helps a lot. I don’t monitor the email address associated with my current Plex Pass account. I only set it up to separate my accounts. My mistake for not thinking they’d email me back with that account. I’ve replied.
