Hope someone can point me in the right direction. A couple of years ago I moved my Plex Pass account to a different email address from my primary account. Wanted to keep the server separate from my user account. This isn’t working for me anymore and I want to move my Plex Pass back to my primary account and get rid of the other account. I’ve submitted tickets to the billing support form 3 times over the last 6 weeks. No response. Any suggestions other than deleting my primary account and waiting 30 days to then change the email address for the current Plex Pass account? That’d be pretty ugly.
