Hi All,
Following a drive failure, I have reinstalled plex and rebuilt the libraries which now have different drive letters. How do I go about copying the watched status of the programs please?

If you already have rebuilt the Plex library, it is too late.
And the “watched” status was stored on your old hard drive. If it is unreadable/defective, you cannot restore the watched status or any other Plex data.
HI, I have the data from the drive as it was the boot partition that fell over. I did see on this thread https://support.plex.tv/articles/201154527-move-viewstate-ratings-from-one-install-to-another/ that it was possible to transfer the watched status. I just don’t understand how to do it.
If you have access to the former Plex data folder, I recommend you to copy all of it to the new hard drive – even if that takes significantly longer.
There is even a way to access the old registry and copy these values over. That way your clients and all your shared user’s clients continue to function as they are and don’t require a Reset procedure. The user here describes what he did in a similar situation: Moving Metadata on Windows
