Nested (Smart) Playlists (with Percentage Allocations)

I’d love to combine several (smart) playlists into a bigger one and set allocations for each group, for example:
Give me a mix of 70% unrated songs not played in the last 90 days with 10% 3-star songs not played in the last 365 days, 10% 4-star songs not played in the last 180 days, and 10% 5-star songs not played in the last 30 days.
