So I’ve noticed that when I start Netflix (on the shield tv) it can crash my shield server (this happens many times hence the correlation). When this happens Netflix is also very laggy, freezing between button presses and the preview videos (when they do play) are stuttering.
Only fix I’ve found (via Nvidia Support) was to clear the cache of Netflix, Plex and Plex Server - everything then works really well for a few days…so far the most was a week and then it all stops.
Shield TV has two hard drives connected and a micro sd card (none of these are adoptable storage) and the plex database is one the sd card.
Any thoughts appreciated.
