A Friend gave me access to their library and when I log into my account on any device at my home it works great, however when I go to my Father’s house and log in my friend library is not available but if I change to my phone’s Hotspot instead of his internet the library shows up I have spoken with the internet provider and they are aren’t blocking plex. Oh I also need to add that the first time I logged in at my father’s house it worked fine then all of a sudden it stopped. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix this problem
