Network error for homeusers other then admin

Got a really strange problem the last few days. I can watch movies/shows on my main account but homeusers like my wife and brother just get a network error. Tried it from the same device even for example my Nvidia Shield and browser on another computer.

Any hints on what to check would be much appreciated.

Did some more checking, it turns out when transcoding is on it won’t play, only if quality is set to original?
