Playback Errors in my Home Network

I use a multiple clients to watch movies on my home network. I have an Apple TV, Roku TV, XBOX One and my phone client all installed and logged into my account. They have all worked fine until recently when most movies (not all) stopped playing on all devices and I haven’t been able to figure out why. I receive different errors all of the time (all ranging from ‘transcoding’ errors to ‘ontent not available’ errors, etc). The errors repeat but sometimes I will see a new one that I haven’t seen before.

I haven’t made any changes to anything that I can think of. However, today I received a new error message on my phone that I have not seen before.

This got me thinking. Could this be part of the problem? If so, why are my movies not playing through my home network from client to server? Why am I not connected directly to my server?

I couldn’t find much in the ‘Learn More’ link that was helpful. When I turned off ‘Remote Access’, I completely lost the ability to see my entire library anywhere.

If anyone could offer some assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.
