Network TV shows unrated in IMDB missing from Actor Filmographies

Plex seems to ignore TV shows that IMDB has not rated because of some concern it might be pornography. As it turns out, I have dozens of short-lived network shows that Plex fills in the metadata for (they ARE in the Plex database, but only if you google search them) but does not include in actor profiles or filmographies because IMDB has no rating on them. Since my library is largely made up with shows like this, how do we get Plex to stop treating all unrated programs like porn? One employee recognized the problem a few months back, but there has been no followup solution. I have zero porn in my database, but enabling adult content still did not add “unrated” shows to the filmography listings, so is there a way to get Plex to ignore this dumb filter? Why are we relying on IMDB to distinguish what is rated or not rated anyway? Clearly it’s not accurate.

Here are a couple examples for Jean Smart alone, but there are dozens for other actors:

High Society (1995-1996) High Society (TV Series 1995–1996) - IMDb

In-Laws (2002-2003) In-Laws (TV Series 2002–2003) - IMDb

Other examples:

E/R (1984-1985) E/R (TV Series 1984-1985) - IMDb

The 5 Mrs. Buchanans (1994-1995) The 5 Mrs. Buchanans (TV Series 1994-1995) - IMDb

This has become a real pain point when trying to scroll and find short-lived shows for actors, so I’d really appreciate some assistance with this. Thanks!
