The new app on my android phone only works the first time. After that it just sits with a spinning circle when I select a user and never gets in. Only way to get in again is to clear cache and data for the app and then it will let me in again until I try a second time. Still issues with live tv guide not coming up and when it does it is blank.
Going back to old app which works perfectly until you get this new app working.
I have the same issue. I have a Galaxy S12. I know several other people on Android having the same issue. Clearing cache/data doesn’t work on mine. I have to completely reboot the phone (which honestly doesn’t make a whole bunch of sense)
Same issue here, Samsung Note 10+. Have to restart the device for it to get past the Select User.

Would need the mobile app logs to add to a report.
