New AppleTV app Missing Feature

The new AppleTV app no longer allows you to “start from beginning” when playing a show that is in the middle of recording! I used to be able to just click on a show that is recording and would receive the popup, now it just plays right from the current time. I now have to wait for the entire show to record to access the show. Bring this feature back ASAP please. I have tried restarting the AppleTV so that is not an issue.

On a side note - the new interface is not good. Waaaaay too much scrolling through massive pictures to get to anything I need. Can you maybe release a Plex “light” version that just shows all the basic UI like a few versions before?

I cannot currently verify on my Apple TV… the mobile version which uses (mostly) the same codebase has both options for me:

With that, I would assume this should also exist in the big screen apps…

Yes - It works on the iOS version and over the web just fine for me. This post is specifically for the new AppleTV update.

It’s been an issue in the new experience app for quite a while…it was confirmed an issue is open for it now

Does it work for you on iOS? I stopped using my tuner so haven’t tested it recently, so didn’t know they fixed it there.
