Hi everyone!

I’ve recently purchased a new computer, and when i’ve installed Plex Media Server and log-in with my account, I doesn’t show my library anymore. It appear in the menu (Karl Home Theater) but I can’t access it, it give me an error “Karl Home Theater is currentyl unavailable”.

So I guess this mean that my library was link only to the old PC, so now I have to start all over again with the new one? Is that it?

Is there anything I can do to to save it? My external HDD with my files is the same drive letter (G:), so I was assuming it would work…

You will also have to copy the complete Plex data folder and the Plex branch of the registry from the old to the new computer.
