My wife informed me that one of her shows (Greys Anatomy on ABC) isn’t showing up in the DVR schedule for this Thursday (1/23). Looking into it, the show is in the guide on 1/23 @ 8pm with a new flag. My schedule is set for New and Repeat episodes, allow partial recordings, limit to any channel, and airing time any.
How can I figure out why this isn’t in the DVR schedule?

My guess is actually fubar guide data from a previous recording has plex thinking it already has that episode and won’t record it, so check your library and see if there’s incorrectly labeled episodes that require manual intervention. Aka you might “already have” S16E10.
Nailed it. Looks like the last 2 episodes were recorded with the wrong episode number. After adjusting them based off of IMDB the 1/23 episode now shows up in the list.
