so with this new app it never downloads direct even if i have optimized versions, it always transcodes. i just tried to download a season with optimization happening in the background and the app is waiting for those transcodes to finish before starting its own transcode queue

I did sent all debug logs from the app as well as the server to the developers. So I think you should not talk like this because you don‘t know anything!

I have both the old and new Plex apps installed. The old app casts to Chromecast and AirPlay without any problems, but the new app fails every time. Every version of the new app I’ve tried has the same issue: it can’t cast to my Chromecast Ultra or AirPlay devices. Meanwhile, the old app still work…
