New files are being grouped under one Thumbnail

For years I have been using the naming convention “Date - Based TV Shows” under library type “TV Shows” for personal media of recorded sporting events. This was ideal to use as it would create seasons thumbnails instead of using the library type “Other Videos” which wouldn’t.
After the last plex update to version 1.26.2.5797 any new video I add to Plex is now being grouped under one thumbnail with a video that has the same date. Older files with the same dates that were added to Plex prior to the last update have not been affected and still have there own thumbnails.

If it helps, the scanner for these TV shows library is “Plex Series Scanner” and the agent is “Personal Media Shows”.

Thanks for replying. I know the naming convention uses similar dates but the games are played on the same actual date and like I said it worked for years in the past.
Hopefully the screenshot appears, I haven’t done this before
