Thumbnails in TV Shows library of home videos are identical (but not all)

For some reason, a specific thumbnail keeps getting reused for new home-videos I add to my TV Show library. I have found other threads mentioning similar issues but I have not found any workable solution to my problem.

Strange thing is that Plex picks this specific thumbnail for some episodes and generates a (correct) thumbnail for other.

Following shows the naming convention I use for my video files.

1. Create a folder for each TV Show/Category
   (Scouts in this case)
2. Create a folder for each year
   (2019 in this case)
3. format is Category - se [- Content] [-].
   (pe. Scouts - s2019e01 - Jamboree Linde Nore - 20190715-193800.mp4)

and this is how it looks in my Plex player. Episodes 2, 6 and 9 in the screenshot are ok but all others are not.

In case it’s any help, this are the settings for the Home-Video library

Any help seriously appreciated.
