New files are not reconognized

Server Version#: Versión 1.15.4.994 (Synology NAS)
Player Version#: Android APP & Web
I don’t know exactly if the problem appear when upgrade Server last Saturday to Version 1.15.4.994 but from last weekend i just upload four videos:

“Free Solo” to Movies
“Meru” to Movies
Game of Thrones 8x04 to TV Shows
Game of Thrones 8x05 to TV Shows

I just check names for Free Solo and Meru un DB and are the same.
Game of Thrones are the same for other chapters.

None of this videos are reconognized in Plex and i don’t know how to check what is the problem. Anybody can help me?

I just found a possible problem…

Why “Permission denied” if i don’t change any from this path? IF this is the problem, what permissions i have to change?

I think is solved.

plex user permissions was deleted. I just create again and files are finded. Is necesary read & write permission or only read is enough?

For your media folders, plex user needs RW if you’re DVRing TV or using the Optimize capability. Otherwise, RO is OK.

Many people caught off guard by a recent change. Should be cleaned up in next release.
