New Fire TV QLED Crashing on Music Playback-Losing Metadata

The issue is when playing music on the new TV it plays for a while and then crashes and shuts the TV off. When I turn the TV back on and go back into Plex, the song is still sitting there as if it is playing, but it is not…pressing the stop button closes that song’s player.
This only seems to crash with music. Watching TV episodes or movies the TV/app function fine and play through with no issues.

This has been happening since I bought the new Amazon Fire TV QLED. Specifically it just happened at 0702 today 11/24/22 if you’re looking in the logs.
But it has happened many times since buying this new TV.
I have an older Fire TV from last year that does not have this issue. It plays everything fine.

And then after it crashes, when I go back into Plex, some of my artwork won’t load. It just puts words on the screen for what the show/movie is named.
Might be 2 different issues, not sure. But I don’t have these issues on the older Fire TV device or any other device.
I’ve contacted Amazon support as well…so far their only answer is to make sure my TV is up to date on updates, which it is.
Of note, one of my remote users has the same new Amazon Fire TV QLED and has the exact same issue. So I’m leaning toward it being an Amazon Fire TV issue…but hoping maybe you can shed some light on it that I could pass along to their team.

Almost 3 weeks later and this is still happening. The TV has been getting regular software updates, but for some reason this music issue won’t go away.
I’ve reported it to Amazon’s tech support as well…no joy.

I’ve given up on this one. The TV has received several updates, yet Plex still crashes at exactly 5 minutes when playing a song. I’ve sent logs to Amazon support and they’ve stopped responding to me.
And it will never actually load all of the poster art. It is like it is running out of memory as it tries to load and just gives up.
Also the whole UI is just slow on this TV…probably the TV’s fault.

I loaded Plex onto my Xbox Series X and holy crap is it night and day.
