New FireTV 4k has full admin access without signing in

My roommate bought a new FireTV 4k stick and when he installed Plex and opened it it logged him in directly under my admin account, without any prompting to select a server, a user, or to enter the PIN that I have enabled. He is able to see libraries that are personal and private and not shared with him, and is able to delete files from the server. In the upper left where it should show what account he’s signed in under, it still just says “Sign In”… Anything watched on the device shows in the logs that it was watched by my main admin account.

Plex Media Server version?
Plex Client Version?

Check Settings -> Server -> Network -> List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth.

Note the text: “Comma separated list of IP addresses or IP/netmask entries for networks that are allowed to access Plex Media Server without logging in.

If listed, remove any network or IP addresses that correspond to the FireTV stick.

Clearing that seems to have done it. I don’t recall ever setting that up (or having other devices be able to access without logging in), but I must have at some point. Thank you very much!
