New Home Built Ryzen PC Plex is crashing

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349

I just built us a brand new PC because our old one was really old. We had been running Plex on it, along with all the other things we used it for. Here is the new PC:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Zotac GAMING Twin Edge OC GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card
Corsair RM750e (2023) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I have Windows 11 pro for OS

I have tried several times to install Plex on it so I can get things set back up. If I start the Plex server, it runs, and I can see the icon on the tray. Every time I go to open it, the whole system crashes and reboots. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with always the same results. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a memory issue. Maybe a bad stick of memory or a software conflict. Try with only a single stick installed and then switch if the problem continues.

I actually tried that with no luck. I also removed the graphics card and went directly to the mother board, still no luck. I just tore it all apart today. I checked and cleaned all the CPU contacts. I re-seated all the RAM, and SSD. Then as my final big test, I installed a new PSU. So far it hasn’t rebooted, but I haven’t installed Plex back yet. Someone on Facebook said I might need a Nvidia patch?

Seems like you’ve done all the right things. I would make sure your BIOS is updated along with any other chipset updates. Still, it seems like you shouldn’t have to do all of that.

Unfortunately, I really don’t have much other help that I can provide. I’m sure someone will be along who can do a deeper dive with you.

It might be something else going on. I have realized now that the system has been rebooting at random times. I am tearing it apart and testing all the new parts one at a time. Maybe this has nothing to do with Plex after all.
