Hey Ninjas, just got a TV-473e up an running, installed PMS, and it opens a page instructing me to “get your plex media server”, and says “looking for servers”.
Any help on this? I’ve gone through the FAQ, but not sure it’s addressed there.

Sorry I didn’t see this until now. NO idea why I didn’t.
Which version did you install?
I’ve tried both the one that’s on default in the qnap app store, and also the one for qnap on the website. I just removed the app, and re-installed the latest one:
1.16.5.1554-1e5ff713d

That doesn’t make much sense. QNAP checks the package before placing in App Center after we send it to them.
Can you show or describe further what you’re seeing?
Does it actually install and say it’s ready but you can’t access it?
This is due to the WebClient you are accessing can’t find the server
What’s the IP Address of the QNAP, as well as the workstation?
Also please try with another browser
