New Install on Windows 10 - A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server

Plex Server will not start after a fresh install. A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.
No logs file are being created to attach… AppData Plexe Media Server directory is empty as is the LocalAppDataPath I created for the server

Removing the LocalAppDataPath seems to allow the server to come up, but after re-adding the Registry key I get “Server settings are unavailable.” - I assume you broke the ability to move media data to somewhere other than the OS install drive?? If so that really sucks as my OS drive is only 100GB and I need to be able to store media metadata on the other internal drive in my system!

Please show exactly what you did put into the LocalAppDataPath registry key.

Please do also tell what kind of drive the destination is, and what file system it’s been formatted with.
