New LG TV app and music will only play one song then buffer

Hi folks,
First post here. I use Plex only to play my music collection. No streaming movies, etc. I have a hardwired ethernet connection from my LG tv to my router and my Plex server is on a Synology NAS. So there should be a robust and fast connection. When I play an album on the TV, it will play one song and then Plex starts buffering until the “An unexpected playback problem has occurred” notice comes up. I also tried to do a wireless connection to the TV with the same problem.

Everything works fine when streaming wirelessly to my Macbook.

What do I do to correct this? Thanks!

Hmm…is there a different place for paying Plex users to get support?
